For those not aware, I had to shut down for about 4 months due to a bad motorcycle accident. (I hit a deer.)
WingConnect is once again open for business. Customers can resume sending radios in for repairs and upgrades. I appreciate everyone's patience and I am sorry for any inconvenience it caused.
Note regarding shipping: Regardless of what method you use to ship your radio, please do not request a signature. This will only cause delays, and sometimes will cause your package to be returned to you. There is frequently nobody here to sign for packages, and I will not pay the new UPS and Fedex surcharges in order to have packages rerouted to a facility near me if I miss a delivery attempt.
Don't get fooled. Some carriers require you to manually waive the signature requirement if you add insurance to your package. Watch for this if you buy extra insurance.
I strongly recommend USPS Priority Mail. It is faster and cheaper than UPS or Fedex, and very reliable.
